Four elements shape almost every answer AI gives you
The quality of what AI gives back comes down to four elements: Context, Intent, Constraints, and Conversation. AI handles the intelligence, but we bring the wisdom. The cohort teaches all four, on your real work.
Context
Give AI the background before the ask: who you are, what you're working on, and who the result is for.
Intent
Say what the result is for and what a good version looks like, so AI works toward your goal.
Constraints
Name one or two limits up front. Clear boundaries narrow the field so AI can hit it.
Conversation
Keep the conversation going, back and forth, as if talking with a capable assistant who can also act as an advisor.

Can AI Really Do That?
Ten questions about what AI can really do, and where it falls short. Takes a few minutes, and your result points you to the right next step.

My son Sam taught me to listen.
I've spent 40+ years in leadership and sales development. My deepest lessons in listening came from my son Sam. Sam has autism and is an unreliable speaker, and he communicates by spelling. Learning to truly hear him taught me more about listening than any training ever could, and it's the same skill that makes me a better partner with people and with AI. Sam and I wrote about it in our book, Real Words with Sam.
